This casino is so bad.  I have since found since signing up that this casino is blacklisted by reviewers. Have been waiting over a month for my winnings which have been approved for payment. They continually stall for payment and do not reply to emails. If there ever is a class action against them count me in...:(

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH TRUEBLUE CASINO!!! I can't understand HOW this ridiculous casino is still allowed to operate!?!?! DO NOT MAKE ANY DEPOSITS AT TRUEBLUE!!!! Save your money... THEY JUST DO NOT WANT TO PAY OUT WINNINGS! TODAY's DATE IS 26 SEP 19 AND I REQUESTED WITHDRAWAL ON THE 23 JUL 19 AND APPARENTLY I NEED ONE DOCUMENT. FOR PROOF OF RESIDENCY. BECAUSE IF THEY KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT PROOF OF RESIDENCY IN AUSTRALIA THEN THEY WOULD KNOW THAT BY PRODUCING GOVERNMENT ISSUED I.D's, THAT IT'S PROOF OF MY RESIDENCY.... THEY WOULD KNOW THAT SENDING THEM THOSE I.D'S MEANS I HAVE TO BE A RESIDENT OR CITIZEN!!! Only played this one a few times, never had a big win but I didn’t deposit very much and I liked the layout, bonuses are good value and I really like the games they offer.

You know what it is people, it's a little thing called manners. Use them. I have been nothing but polite to everyone involved, read every email back to front to make sure I had provided all the correct information and documents the casino required AND despite the public holidays in Australia, I was paid within 16 (including the 3 public holidays) business days. That is from the time I withdrew my money to the day it was available in my account. Please remember, they're all human, they deserve respect and they're doing their job. Chill out and be patient.

Had a great deal of problems when trying to withdrawl my $1500 from True blue, many days of delays of replying to my e-mails. The staff on the site seemed very limited on what they could do. It took over 2 months to attain my winnings from here. I had sent them all the information and comfirmation documents within the first week. As for their promotions, their 14 free spins everyday for 7 days for depositors is a nice extra, but there isn't a great deal more where that comes from. Their game Variety is as normal as the other real time gaming sites that are going around. I have no problems with their Graphics and game play. Their support staff as i said earlier are or seemed very limited on the live chat site. Their [email protected]  are very slow to reply, and always comes with a useless request which seems to just delay proceedings.

I sign up this casino through the bigfreechiplist for a free no deposit bonus code which is awesome I did really well on a game I chose and then realise that I had reached my pay 3 and had $110 that I could withdraw which would have been ok except I couldn't withdraw it I left the money in my casino account for over a week then talking to a friend opened it back up again and got my withdrawal limit up to $480 this was 3 weeks ago I've sent all my information in my ID my bank details my address verification with utility bills twice I've done all this and I have replied to emails with their reference numbers and regards to my withdrawal and still do not have my money there always seems to be something that they say is not quite correct I am going to persevere and I will get this money you cannot seem to be able to call and actually speak to anybody at this casino I've only been able to email or talk someone on live chat which is quite frustrating and really of little help it says on the M7 to 10 days for the deposit that was truly sorry to be realised and possibly another 7 to 10 for it to them reach your account they also state that they will contact you if there's anything wrong with your documentation so that you can follow up and get the correct information to them this did not happen in my case and it's been a silly disappointing experience I will however persevere because I want the money for you and square am I fully intend to be able to withdraw money since I've met the requirements what's a space all in all it down and certainly be getting any great with yous or girls for me
