There was no email or notification as the withdrawal request had completely disappeared from the screen, hence why I contacted customer service.. Im actually seeking legal advice as i tried to deposit 30 dollars twice to be told that the deposit was denied, i was a bit confused so i checked my bank n had 40 dollars in there so i went back n tried to depisit 40 to see if that would work, it did it processed n withdrew 40 40 from my bank account to my casino account, i was a lil confused as i manually deposited 100 dollars cash into my bank account so i could deposit 30 first deposit n 20 maybe 30 on the second deposit.
