Yes I have received a few widthraws. It is a long wait sometimes longer then expected. But they do pay eventually. If payouts didn't take a couple of weeks this casino would be 5 star but due to the massive time frame I'd say it's 3 star

Neil  i finally got one payout, i made a withdrawal request of $ 700 but after nearly 2 months waiting got $251.00 after they took their fees and what not out, never play them again

Neil  my withdrawal was took about two month to receive, I have to keep asking and email to payment support but they didn't reply at all, and I had few more withdrawal are waiting , it had been approved for a month but they didn't sent it to service provider, I had to push them every day, I don't know when I can receive all my withdrawal.

Neil   I wouldn't even rate it 3star. I received my first payment and waited 4weeks for my other payment when I en quired about my 2nd payment of $400 they asked me for more documents, then told me they can't pay me cos I have to many sister accounts, I'm like what!!! Then they blocked me.

Hi I was my withdrawal was approved on the 26th April after I requested it on the 16th April.. There was no email or notification as the withdrawal request had completely disappeared from the screen, hence why I contacted customer service.. I have contacted them twice so far only to be told that the funds have been released... When I have asked for some sort of Reciept or tracking number I have been told they will notify me with this???? So am I right in saying with all this feedback from other players.. That I will not be receiving the funds that I have legally won? I would like to think that I will still recurve my winnings as it has only been 3 weeks which.. According to other players.. I still have a week or so to go lol... But why are these websites giving this casino great reviews... Can anyone please let me know which casinos are 100% quick and honest with their withdrawals.... For Players in Australia.. I would rather cancel my membership with this casino trueblue and sign up somewhere else... What a shame that they would use an iconic aussie slogan to entice honest aussies to use their hard earned aussie dollar only to be screwed.

That is just sooo wrong of True Blue Casino or any Casino Site to do that. that is just day light robbery. Its dishonest and it is stealing. Any site that does that should automactally have serious consequences..I encourage you not to give up on what is rightfully yours and I encourage you not to let them get away with it. HEARING FEED BACK FROM OTHER PLAYER GOOD OR BAD ABOUT SITES LIKE TRUE BLUE HELPS KEEP US PLAYERS SAFE OR AS SAFE AS CAN BE. true blue will get bitten in the ass one way or another, bad carmer on them. I hope that you will not have to go through this again with any other site. keep your head up high and dont let them get the better of you.

Im actually seeking legal advice as i tried to deposit 30 dollars twice to be told that the deposit was denied, i was a bit confused so i checked my bank n had 40 dollars in there so i went back n tried to depisit 40 to see if that would work, it did it processed n withdrew 40 40 from my bank account to my casino account, i was a lil confused as i manually deposited 100 dollars cash into my bank account so i could deposit 30 first deposit  n 20 maybe 30 on the second deposit.  Well the casino did withdraw the 2 original deposits of 30 dollars each but didnt credit my casino account And sent me 2 emails saying that the deposit attempts of 30 were declined n i had received 1 deposit successful message. I have tried to talk to them n sort out this fraudulent activity but they just ended up manually crediting my casino account 60 dollars even tho i wanted it sent back to my bank and quick smart, i wouldnt have deposited 60 at one time but yet they did. I got spoken to like crap n treated like n idiot n told they done nothing wrong as they ended up crediting my account 60 dollars manually hours after the fact n about an hour n half trying to sort something out so i was a lil less sik about the breach. There customer service n ability to listen to the person they ridicule them n keep treating customers like shit. underhanded  n systematic suss activities n justifications when caught out.

So angry. Do NOT and I repeat do NOT waste your time here. I won $2000 with a paid deposit not a bonus code on the 27/03/95, I sent in all my documents and my verification was approved. Then I think 5 business days later I get an email saying now they want me to send back a verification form? So annoying. THEN after waiting for another week I finally get a email saying they need all my details again for verification of a wire transfer. I sent all that off on 13/04/2017.. it is now 8th May. I’m so worried guys does anyone know what I can do? I have emailed 4 times asking for them to tell me if it’s been sent or to give me an update. I went on the live chat at the beginning of the month and gave them all my information again yet still no update :-(

Worst online casino ever, they refused to paybout my bonus that i played through. Because i played blackjack with it after i already played it through. Had to wait 2 months gor a withdrawel, had to contact them at least 10 times every time they told me they needed more information, like scan of my visum, and bank. DO NOT USE , you have been warned

So pissed off with this casino!! Requested a withdrawal on the 09/04 got approved on the 26/04..then got told by 10 different customer agents was getting escalated...Get a email 4 days ago from the payments team saying asking for all documents again which I've already sent several times before and now to be notified my ID is not valid because there is no expiry date on my proof of age card???!!! After me sending my proof of age card, Birth certificate, Medicare and pension card, Bank card and a few other things is still not a valid ID...Now they are saying nothing they can do unless I have valid ID.....LAST TIME I CHECKED THIS IS ALL VALID ID...What to do now???

This casino has great deposit bonuses but as soon as your own money is played out the games totally stop paying hence you lose your deposit and the bonus. Their deposit bonuses are a con just to get you to deposit - will not let you win. NEVER AGAIN...:(

You need a photk of the card you used front and back a power bill and a legal document like a license to get a withdrawal out... 
And they dont tell you that until you ask why you mo ey hasnt been sent .?

they don't pay legitimate withdrawals!! There is NO customer service. their phone numbers goes to voicemail after a lengthy wait. Your emails to them requesting answers get an immediate response that says someone will get back to you in 5 fkn business days!!!!
my payout isn't large but they will pay. I'm off to the ACCC website next!!!
Casinos have a responsibility and a duty of care when it comes to their patrons, theresa fine line between playing hard and all out addiction, i firmly believe this company is intentionally delaying payouts, because a gambler will cancel the request for payout sometime within that 2 week long waiting period!!! just plain BULLSHIT

Terrible terrible experience will never recommend this casino to anyone!!! Back in the first week of March 2019 I won around $1990, no bonus, nothing. Just my money to bet with. I submitted all my documents with them immediately and now we are towards the end of May!! When I contact them and ask where is my pay out they told me they pay out from a third party server so they have no idea of dates and can’t give me any information :-( I’m so disappointed!

Let's get a legal class action suit going against them that's the best idea for the scamm ive lost that  much money from th ed games glitch not giving bonuses and jackpots and money missing from my account and then there's the wait for money that you never get it's all false advertising so let's do it contact a solicitor and keep in touch I think shine lawyers is a good place to start if we start to contact them to start a class atction we will win and boot them out of our contry or Maurice black burn there good for class actions to. I had a withdrawal of $950, after a few support chats, I did actually get my money. Didn’t take as long as I thought it would take after reading these reviews.

My withdrawal was approved on the 26th of July and was in my bank account on 21st of August. So over a month from the time I actually did the withdrawal. I have another pending, I’ll let you know if it takes as long second time around.

I've been waiting nearly 2 months to receive anything. Not even getting replies from emails any more asking what is happening. I have taken screen shots of the 3 withdrawals I am entitled to. 2 have been approved but still nothing received.

Payments section finally emailed back and said payment has been sent out and would be in my bank account within 10 days. Today I noticed the money so it took 2 months. 2 more withdrawals to go now.

Had 3 withdrawals on 26th of July. Had 1 approved 30th of July and another approved 8th of August. 3rd one still pending. Sent in all the forms and got approved. Gave them payment details for wire transfer. Did everything asked long ago and still have not seen a cent nearly 2 months after did the withdrawals. When it comes to withdrawal the credibility is Terrible and starting to doubt I will ever see the withdrawals but will let people know if I ever do receive anything one day.
