Terrible customer service very rude! I have sent in all my documents many many times yet I keep being informed that they have not received any...!!! All my withdrawals were declined even tho i deposited plenty! It's pretty sad really you had my 100% LOYALTY but you proved how fake it all is. Very untrustworthy casino! It's false advertising and they say 97% payout rate! That's a lie also! I had over 3000$$ which i tried to withdraw (different amounts different occasions) and it was declined every time even tho i deposited plenty of cash and time into the game the customer service is terrible rude and made me cry on 2 different occasions they insulted me in which stating as female I should "get back and stay in the kitchen" I can't tell anyone enough how disappointing this place is.
