I was allowed to sign up and made a btc deposit but it wasn't credited to my account due to regional restrictions. I had to contact support to get my btc refunded to me, minus fees! not fair!

vulkan logo is ugly! it is a warning sign to me and many. tried their site with some bonus (dont remember?) and soon forgot them. UNTIL they started to send mail that they miss me there, witch is strange since i played a bonus only and left unconvinced. they still send nd offers to me but i resist the temptation and ignore them. avoid!

Well I tried to play on this site, managed to make half a spin before I closed it and wont be going back. Support was rude, software was garbage, and I'm pretty sure winning anything with the free bonus would o fbeen pretty unluccky bc of the headache I surely would of gotten. Boo

Tried loading up the site as they do actually accept players from the United Kingdom but thats were the good part stopped. It loaded in Russian or some language like that so i couldnt read any thing. However all the live chat options were in English so i contacted live support about the bonuses. It took 23 minutes for someone to respond just for them to say they will be back for an answer about my question. 5 minutes after that the chat eneded? strange :/

Vulkan Casino is one of the newly added casinos to AskGamblers site, but even so I did know about this casino for a while and just because I didn't know they offer some freebie for new players I didn't sign up so I could opened my account there. I am actually surprised that Vulkan casino is listed here in AskGamblers.com forum. This is a Russian casino, Vulkans are popular in Russia and some of them are really weird... I can say.

The main reason that made me to join this casino is because I saw that they have Novomatic games and also Playtech, good games in my opinion!
