Rich palms casino is a new casino for me. I have just registered and what i like about this casino is that they give you a thirty dollar no deposit bonus to try out their slots. I could claim the 30 dollar free chip no problem at all doing so...but wasn't very profitable and only lasted a minute or two of playing time. Rich palms casino looks like it could be quite a difficult casino to play at. But who knows, im still new there i might be completely wrong.

Terrible, terrible place to try and get winnings from . I made my first withdrawal of 245 on March 26th. Kept checking my bank but nothing arrived. Had many, many futile chat sessions, and was eventually told to send copies of my bank statement to prove I had not got any winnings...I did this...in the meantime I withdrew 150 early April and then 300 on the 19th April. After many emails tooing and frooing with the their finance department I finally today get an email saying they were pleased to tell me my 245 refund was being sent. I logged into the casino and was surprised to see 55 sitting there - I checked the banking page and they had sent the 245 refund out of my 300 winnings and placed the other 55 back into my players account!!!!
Every email to the finance department takes DAYS to get a response.
The chat advisers and managers have no way (apparently) of contacting their own finance department, and they tell the player to do it themselves (and so back you go into the endless waiting for days to get a reply).
Mistake after mistake after mistake is made.
Advisers try to be helpful but have limited English language capability (it's infuriating).
They advertise it takes 7 business days to get your money (it does not - the advisers will tell you takes 12 business days) - I still have not received one cent of any of the withdrawals!
They refuse to give details of where their Licence comes from.
They refuse to give details of whom to contact to complain.
|ll in all - it is a shambles (and yet to see if it is scam also).
