Great words! But if you have to wait over four hours in order to get a response from their Customer Support I find it really hard to take their words seriously. What happened to me was that I made a deposit in order to claim my 100% welcome bonus, but for some reason I didn't receive my bonus. Now, four hours later I'm still waiting, without any bonus or explanation.

OVO Casino is more of a Novomatic casino, with mostly Novomatic games in their directory. Not surprising really, since it is owned and run by Quasar, which also has its own Quasar Casino. I played many times at Quasar Casino before, never won anything there, but I do like playing those hard-to-win Novomatic games, like Book Of Ra Deluxe, Lucky Lady's Charm Deluxe, Lord Of The Ocean and a few more.
