I created an account on Mybet casino when I found a promo they were running for some free spins on slots for opening an account. The casino seemed nice and with many slots providers like NetEnt, Novomatic, Aristocrat, DC games. The funny thing was that the NetEnt slots which I play mostly from these providers. Mybet is a good site. Especially in germany they are quite big I believe. I never liked the looks of the site, and it has the same looks for years now, those two big white edges are pretty ugly but yeah that's not that important as long as the casino itself is reliable and fast when it comes to paying out winnings. A big pro IMO is their selection of Novomatic and Aristocrat games (love the latter!). Site is simple and there's only a division by the two software providers and a third category of Slots. their page is outdated and is not trust enhancing. i have deposited there in 2013 and then it worked. looked at it yesterday and it still looked the same as then. they need to move forward and hire a graphical designer or something? as for game, well they still seem to have it disregard my complaint. they might have the cash flow to go forward. they have plenty games from different distributors and should be able to cater for players needs. i am neutral over mybet

Mybet casino it is a great place with nice selection of games, and generally I think it is very big and reputable website which you probably saw on tv or something like this. Well, at least this is my guesses.

I do not very like how their website looks. Everything is great, no question, but it was quite for me to find games, because it was not under casino feedback, but it was under games tab. I did not like when casinos doing things like that.

I do like customer support. Couple of times I had different questions to them - they assist to me in live chat without any trouble, they always polite, friendly, and I never waited a long for their help. You know how it happens at some not very good casinos - you open chat, ask question, and then wait for something like 5 minutes. It is not great at all and I did not like it.

Withdrawals are great. Unfortunately I am not luckiest player in this casino, but still had one withdrawal, it was more than 300 euros so it is not so low amount withdrawal. Don't like this casino one bit because when I registered while in South Africa they blocked my account for no reason and no way to contact support as to why? I have played here some times but i was not able to cashout. I like that they send me free spins regullary, especially when they want to promo a new slot .They offer many software providers but they do not have Microgaming slots. Their support is ok.
