I received an email at 11:08pm saying that my account has been verified.
I then proceeded to request a withdrawal to my MasterCard.
It was then discarded a few hours later.
I started a live chat and asked why it was rejected. The consultant proceeded to say that my account wasn’t verified and documents were missing.
How is that possible when I received an email before I requested the withdrawal confirming it had been verified.
When I asked what other documents were required he said nothing else was required and they now had everything they needed.
How do they now have everything they need if I hadn’t re-uploaded any more documents since I received the verification email.
