In this case I still believe that I'm eligable to recieve my payment. Because when you recieve the CAHSBACK it is consider as your own money that casino returns to the players with no max. cashout.
When you deposit your own money and lost it there is no casino that could say: "take your money back because you was unlucky". But when you win something the casino try to find hundred of reasons don't pay the winnings to the players.
