I already registered and played ndb with lucky creek (sister casino) and collected quite a few 'loyalty' points which once you build them up you can get bonuses. When i went to register for this one it said i already had an account in the group which i could use so no need to register again, it transferred over the points i had collected on the other site, and also let me use the code so i got my ndb here aswell so could keep on trying out the games. I had to contact customer service on lucky creek via live chat and they answered quickly and my query was sorted out straight away so online help gets a big thumbs up too. Loads of different slots which is my favourite to play, only gripe if i had to think of one, not many 'other' games, scratchcards etc but that is it.

I had accounts with them for years then i had a dispute with them over a tier level move which ended in them putting me on the Bonus Abuser list and locking my accounts. This was only days aftyer I had in the previous couple odf weeks put $400 into Wizbet. They never would address the issue with me or explain their action.
I tried playing here with the free chip offered, and did have fun, I really like Max Cash and Double Trouble. Max Cash can pay out quite a bit, but it is higher with 50cents being the lowest bet to place. After that I talked to their live support and they told me that residents from my country can redeem free chip bonus, only after 1 deposit was made. So I emailed them and told them I wanted my money back and they denied the transaction was from their casino. Well, two days later I get an email saying they manually deposited my money and it is ready for play. This was the SAME transaction that had already been debited from my account that they denied was theirs, down to the transaction descriptor they said wasn't from them... and it was. Well, since I have this money to play with and this is my first deposit, I figure okay let me claim a welcome bonus. They proceed to deny my request for a bonus which I met the criteria for. I try several other bonus codes and for some reason, I'm ineligible for ALL of them. Once again, I attempt Live Chat CS and nobody is available. I'm tired of it and I give up. Well, this was two weeks ago. Today I get an email for a no deposit bonus code and give it a shot. Once AGAIN, I'm not eligible for this bonus. Or the next or the next or the next. i have had similar problems with not being able to get the bonus codes to work and when I have asked them about it I get told that I am not eligible or that it wasn't meant for me. In my view if support can't assist you with small problems like bonus codes not working then I have big doubts that there would be much support concerning my money.
Casino is ok. Games don't run smooth like rtg games do for me. The support service is excellent at providing assistance tho because they helped me resolved the issue I had. I contacted support using their live chat system which they offer but is slow compared to others I have used. But overall, they assisted me and provided the help I wanted so that's a plus for them. I find them a pleasure to load and use, however at this time, I cannot seem to get that into their games, so I am thinking it just may not be the right time for me. I had this happen with Netent, I never really had an interest in their games, now I enjoy them very much, so I think that may happen here later, although the wagering here is just too high, maybe it will go down later on.
