Ive had the worst time attempting to withdraw my winnings. The worst part is I have already been told that my request was approved and the required documents have been submitted. Since then I havent received and response to the numerous emails ive sent and the alleged 24 hour customer support phone line disconnects from their end every time I call.

I've been requested a $600 withdrawal according to the bonus. They withdrew 600 from my account left me about 1800 I continue to play over the next six days building my cash money up to $6,500. I want to make another withdrawal I could not so I got in touch with live chat were Steve and Sean proceeded to tell me my $600 withdrawal was denied because I did not make a deposit I told him I didn't have to make a deposit for the bonus Maidenform it must be for something else in and I could not make the $2,500 withdrawal I was asking for then. However my account was left the way it was and I continue to play I've had my wings up as high as $7,300 so far I went back down true about 5800 I still keep being told I cannot makeup withdrawal but yet they do not close the money out of my account I documented all the way through playthrough through screenshots also documented my money I was building up through screenshots and screenshot of the conversation on live chat they still have not offered any of withdrawal but yet they take no funds out of my account either. I too got the 300 welcome bonus free chip and jumped through many hoops as the max cash out (only cash out option) at the time was twice the chip plus enough left in the balance to pay back the free chip. So since October I've been told 1.too many withdrawals that free chip winnings are put on the back burner 2.computer main frame problems 3. They never received my document I've sent twelve times to every address given plus I made them sit on chat while I confirmed they got em 4. Just wait and they will contact me. (Over four months no contact). Now it seems they have changed the terms and conditions and are attempting to ask me to change my withdrawal from 600 to 300. Not only I believe this is a trick to get me to cancel and bring me under the new terms I have a very difficult time do to being lied too several times by these people. worse casino ever....received a $300 entry bonus, I called to make sure about the payout, was told that I would have to play and win over the limits, I did really good. played the games that I was supposed to play and was also told that if I made it through that I would need to make sure that I left the $300 that they gave me over and above my payout request...….What a joke. I did all of that, then when I requested payout because of how they have things structured I I actually had to call them and have me walk me through how to request a withdrawal.
