good..on 12.06.2020 I deposited the amount of 600 pounds I played I did somewhere at 1000 pounds I gave withdrawal at 900 pounds ..I said to leave 100 pounds to play..when I withdrew I noticed that the balance remained the same ... I tried to make a withdrawal because I thought that the first withdrawal was not processed ... finally I thought it was some error from the site I continued to play until I arrived with the balance at 0 being firmly convinced that my withdrawal request has been processed and it's just a mistake that the balance has remained the same..today I log in and see that my withdrawal has been canceled...at casino sites in england when you withdraw the balance is updated automatically ... the people from fortunaclock said that i had to wait until my money was processed and i didn't have to play ... it doesn't seem normal to me ... what can i do to do!
