Played on NDB $50. didn't pay out anything, games stuck and quality is bad, When I first inquired about bonus the rep try to give me a $25..I said I got my codes from The SlotLeader.com and they honored it. I then deposit money thinking I could play new game "Fish Catch" They said because I got a bonus It will stay locked. Never again will I play at that casino. Thumbs DOWN!!!!

Had quiet a few issues when logging in, ended up requesting to make new one, 

Had to ask live chat to load no deposit bonus, prefer the ones that you just redeem in coupon menu,

Aside from that game selection was great.
7/10 overall experience

My bonus didn't turn out with correct amount, in their website supposed to be $35 , $40 and $50 but this guy given only $25, so sad, they full of shit. Don't have any good service, so simple and he was just said, I given you the bonus $25, wow I was expecting code $50 lol, there is no $25 offered in the website where I found them on the first place.

I think Exclusive Casino is a good casino among RTG casinos. There are a lot of initial registration no deposit bonuses and attractive bonus offers. Support was flexible and I was able to respond immediately.

However, unfortunately I have to say that the withdrawal speed is very bad.

You must be prepared to wait at least 10 business days for the withdrawal process to be completed.

I think it's a pretty good casino as long as the withdrawal process is early.

Hey guys, I started a new account with EC, had a little trouble trying to use the bonus code 40RICHCHIP, but after talking with customer support I was granted $50. Thats about where my happiness ended as I couldn't get a win/free spin to save myself... I'll keep you posted if things change.

You and me both. Free chips from Exclusive Casino upon registering, that is something to look forward to and to enjoy. Its an Average casino site, its got slot games that Iv seen at prettu much every other casino site. The free chips lasted me a few hours, I meet the wagering requirements but I didnt get to make a withdraw. At the time for me it wasnt really about getting a win, it was about playing and having fun.

I have played on the majority of online casinos open to US Players.  To date, Exclusive Casino has been the absolute worst experience that I have had. 

I read positive reviews on a couple different casino review sites of Exclusive, and I was excited to try it out.  Please believe me when I say that those positive reviews are FALSE.  It has taken me close to a month to withdrawal my winnings, and I have had to put up with more nonsense than at any other casino I have played at.  Here is a timeline of events. 

December 6th - I signed up for an account, and took advantage of a new player welcome bonus (I don't recall, but I believe it was 200% of first deposit).  I deposited $33.50 via credit card, and began playing.  I got very lucky, and hit a big bonus.  I then noticed that the max withdrawal was 10x my original deposit.  This is fine, since most bonuses come with such restrictions. 

December 6th - I received an email noting that all new players must verify their account with a phone call, and upon doing so would receive a 100% cashback bonus of first two deposits. 

December 7th - I called and verified my account over the phone.  I was not given the verification bonus, and still have not received it (it is now January 2nd).  

December 7th - I requested a withdrawal of $330 and received the long list of items that need to be provided to make a withdrawal.  Note that while you can deposit with bitcoin on Exclusive YOU CANNOT WITHDRAWAL with bitcoin until you become a VIP player, or something along those lines.  This makes no sense at all.  If the casino has the ability to take deposits in bitcoin, then they have the ability to pay-out in bitcoin.  For new players, bank wire is THE ONLY available withdrawal option.  I would advise all players to only play at casinos that have a variety of withdrawal options.  There are many very good casinos that offers bank + crypto withdrawals. 

December 10th - I sent in all of the documentation required to proceed with my withdrawal.  I did not hear a single thing back until December 16th.  I did not even get a quick response to let me know the casino had received my documentation.  The amount of personal information that Exclusive requires is high, and the very least they could have done was confirmed receipt. 

December 16th - I FINALLY get a response, telling me that I need to submit three additional items of personal information to proceed.  One of the items was a picture of the credit card that I had deposited with.  I ALREADY PROVIDED THIS TO THEM.  The second item was a picture of a voided check and the third was an additional form (some sort of credit card verification document).  This was the first I had heard about #2 and #3.  Why wouldn't they tell me these were needed on the first round of requirements?

Since I was very frustrated, I told them that I wouldn't be providing the additional information, that they could keep the money (my winnings), and that they could close my account. 

December 17th - I receive an email that the documents are part of their terms and conditions (still don't know why they didn't just include them in their initial request) and that if I would like to close my account I could contact their support team

December 18th - I reply stating that I will proceed with withdrawal, and I provided the three additional personal items that they requested. I did not hear anything until I reached out on December 23rd. 

December 23rd - I reached out to get a status update and let Exclusive know I was not pleased with their customer service or the length of time this was taking.  They respond stating that they've received the documentation but in order to keep my account active, I would have to respond letting them know that (1) I would like to keep my account active (2) the issue is resolved (3) I authorize all purchases.  This is absurd, considering I sent in my final documents AFTER stating I wanted to close my account and that included in those documents were TWO credit card authorizations forms.  I responded letting them know this.  

December 26th - I get ANOTHER email along the lines as the last, asking that I confirm (1) I consider the issue to be resolved (2) I have no claims against Exclusive Casino --ummm, what?--- and (3) I authorize all purchases made.  I once again reply to appease them and get my withdrawal.  But, this is literally ridiculous.  It is clear that this company does whatever it can to stall withdrawals.  I warn anyone that reads this that in many cases when casinos use tactics to delay withdrawals that are this ridiculous, it is because they don't have the money to payout winners. 

December 30th - I get an email stating that my documentation has been checked and my account is ready for withdrawals.  THIS IS 23 DAYS AFTER FIRST REQUESTING A WITHDRAWAL!!!  I respond with a thanks, but request that my withdrawal be allowed in bitcoin since the length of time since I requested withdrawal has been unacceptable.  I still have not received a response. 

January 1st - I log on to Exclusive, and request withdrawal (for the second time).  Again, bank wire is my only option.  In the comment section, I once again request withdrawal in bitcoin.  I am sure this will be ignored.  Upon requesting withdrawal, I AM TOLD IT COULD TAKE ANOTHER 7 DAYS TO RECEIVE. 

I urge anyone that is looking for a fair, honest, customer service oriented gaming option that will be attentive and allow withdrawals in a reasonable timeframe to play elsewhere.  If you want to deal with a bunch of nonsense and stall tactics, and not be able to get your winnings for OVER A MONTH, play at Exclusive.

Ich registrierte mich im Exclusive Casino über TBFCL und bekam ohne Probleme den Registrierungsbonus gut geschrieben.Anfabgs hatte ich auch etwas Glück und gewann eine nette Summe, doch danach ging es nur noch bergab. Die Bonusangebote sind sehr gut, auch die Umsatzbedingungen von 30x nur den Bonus sind fair und machbar. Leider ist die Auswahl der Spiele, wie in fast allen RTG Casinos sehr bescheiden. 

I have played here several times & haven't had any problems, but I also haven't had any amazing experiences that would make me play here frequently. Customer service agents are pretty useless...they have yet to be able to help me with any questions I've had. Withdrawals have always been processed, but never quickly. They offer some decent bonuses, which is usually what gets me to come back & play.

I can't really say one way or another about this online casino site whether I really liked it or not. I don't dislike it it's just that it's just like all of the rest of this type of software casino site. Nothing really stands out about it to me anyway. But, on the other hand I have never heard anything negative about it either. I do plan on making a deposit there at some point in the near future so i'll comment on how that comes out if I find that it becomes an "awesome" casino versus a "liked it" casino. I like this casino! I am not sure, but I think Free Spin is there Sister site. Not 100% sure. I have deposited here before, but yet to make a cash-out. I forget to limit myself and think I can get my balance higher after withdrawal requirements. Hehe. I'm sure we've all been there. lol

these two site, i'm unsure of, as they don't offer much as far as but one new player bonus, and no real solid feedback so far, they do have instant play and have been around for quite a while. I'll get rich enough to try these out eventually, but for now will have to pass until they tune me in.

I didn't play here with real deposits but only with free chips. They used to send me some. But, I was not sure about their withdrawal credibility. They seem not to be rogue, but, the payment to be very very slow. As I remember, table games are included to play with bonus. But, I would choose other better RTG Casino. Be cautious and Good Luck.

exclusive casino is just about as exclusive as all the other online casinos. which is to say basically not at all exclusive. they will take anyones money, but when it comes to giving out the dolla dolla bills y'all, you got another thing coming. all of a sudden they want to verify this, that, and the other and delay delay delay. just my two cents anwyays.

i think exclusive casino is a sister to freespin and cherrygold casinos because the email they sent me is just like the ones i get from cherrygold. I tried them out for the free no deposit bonus but i don't expect to be making any deposits with them anytime soon. they are okay and probably trustworthy enough, but they have limited deposit/withdrawal options.
