Well I singed up besides the warning on this page just to check it out, the mobile site is Terrible to to navigate but the desktop verision performs a lot better, I claimed the no deposit but find the games the boring and repetitive I won't even play the balance out, suppose it's an option for those with very strict country restrictions but I'll personally be avoiding it
Bogart, an casino with weird things, to start lcb ofcourse has provided exactly true information, about there game provider, which indeed have some scam games. but bogart, has also bad options, minimum deposit of 100 is crazy, they probably only want high rollers in there casino, in this way you won't get a lot of players if u ask me. there support was very hard to reach, took 15 minutes average to get in touch with an agent, which is too slow, and not good. they have an absolutely crazy pending time of 10-14 days, this is not acceptable at all, in this way lot of people will reverse there cashout and the casino will be bit richer. there games are weird, and don't pay out good at all, since i could try them out with an bonus. completely nothing is excited there, and overall i'm disappointed with my experience i had there. i won't come back, until they improve lot of things.

Without any doubt, I signed up. I checked their promotions and saw they have 100€ free bonus and I really wanted to claim it. Only later I read that it was meant for USA residents only. I have to say that the bonus options are really interesting there, however, I wanted to speak with live chat to understand which of the promotions would fit me better. Unfortunately the live chat works limited hours and although it was the middle of day in my country, they weren't reachable. I decided to wait with my deposit and speak to live support first. Before I read the terms that the free bonus was for USA only, I wrote them an email inquiry asking about the bonus and I didn't receive any answer from them.
A week later I tried to login in the casino but I failed. The system showed "login failed". I checked my mail where I got a registration verification email from them, I wrote down the details and tried to login with them but failed again. The support was offline again and I was starting to get really frustrated. The next day I finally got in touch with live support and reset my password (although there's an option on the site, it wasn't working). After some waiting to receive answer, finally live chat told me that unfortunately they don't allow residents from my country. When I asked why was I able to register, get a verification email with my new login details and then just wasn't able to login, I got an answer "the issue is that we don't accept customer in you area so we need to disactivate the account".
There ends my experience with Bogarts casino and I am glad that it did, because after this I wouldn't play there or recommend them. Yes, site looks great and from what I saw, the live games seemed nice, however, the fact I was good enough for them to get all my details, including address is just rude. The most disappointing part is that I even went through their terms and the only thing written including my country was the fact that residents from my country would need to "complete four times standard play through requirements in order to cashout from any bonus".
