joined the site spent 12000 won 1400 and they kept 430 from it sent me 980 never made a win  since and cut my chat for life cant earn bbs and just because i said i was having bad luck site is a fraud i believe they always have top winners that stay at te top winners list for a year now since i been there i believe they are bots for the site no one wins everyday all day all night long the site shod be taken down

I have made several withdrawals from this site. Not once has my money just gone in my bank account. They send you emails you have been chosen for random verification checking after you have already waited a week to get paid then it turns into 2 weeks or more. They asked for a voucher one time which I have never heard of and this is after all my verification has been accepted. The voucher wants a bunch of personnel info which you already give getting verified. I have been waiting 9 days for a cash out and I get the random verification notice. This is the 2nd  time in a row within 3 weeks. My account says all verification have been approved. Its like they don't want to part with any money. I enjoy there site but they have a long way to go in cash out policies and quit advertising quick payouts.

Avoid this casino!

I registrated and got 25€ free. I wagered my bonus and left with 90.17 € real Cash. I verified my documents quickly and with no roblem. Than the problems started. I was not able to make a deposit or ask to withdraw. I could not even contact live chat support any more. Live support is simply not available any more in my acount. So after more emails about my deposit problem, I got no answer, but suddenly my winnings are taken and now my balance is reduced to 0.00€ I have to say that I did not break any of rules, my highest bet was 2.5€.My country is not on a restricted country list. It looks like the only wrong here is that I was able to win something and do the wagering requirements. Only reason to shut me out like this is to avoid paying my winnings I won completely fairly. Costumer support from any department did not offer me a single explanation for this situation, nothing. 

Than finally I receive email that my acount is closed due to several inconsistencies found on it. They don't say what exactly.

So my conclusion is that this Casino is compleat scam, so people AVOID it please in order to save you nerves and money too. There are other places where person can play and get if nothing else, fair treatment.

I wrote more than one email about my problem to you security department, Check the Ticket #9CWX4 and Ticket #SG5KC response I got from this and other departments is that my acount is closed due to several inconsistencies, not a single explanation. On my question to explain what was wrong, no response. Too bad I can't attach here my Screenshots to proof publicly my claims. You have all of it in these tickets.
