i tried them out using the freebie offered. they have a nice selection of games, friendly and helpful support. i got excellent match bonus offers which i was starving for to use. i also did the difficult way to find a ukash provider in germany and got one. unfortunately it still didnt want my deposit. as soon as bgo offers ewallets i am definetely going to play here.

Ok so BGO have been up and down to be honest. I had a promised welcome bonus when I deposited which was fair and good. I have deposited there well over 25 times and seemed to be getting nothing realistic in way of bonuses. I got in touch with customer support via live chat only last week and asked why i hadn't been getting any incentive bonuses to keep me playing there. They checked out on the system that I had been depositing and immediately credited my account with £50. I was thankful, and went on to spend it and lost lol. But the point is, great customer service and attentiveness. 

Bgo, still a big casino, with big games, but i waited for more payment methods and until now they still don't offer the good payment methods like skrill, very sad and totally not attractive to play there! i received in the meantime of my old review some bonuses and spins, but cashout was not possible with there witdrawal methods, i have told them to add more payment methods, and the answer was they are working on it. in meantime rest is very good there;)

My opinion is based on experience they have mixed attempts to attract players but well set advertising and lacks the energy. As if this was just any copy of another Casino ... Something I've played but not tempted me to return and the reason to play and deposit money to them. Games and software is common with dozens of other casino. Simply I do not see anything interesting and tasty :)

My experience has been up and down here. On my computer everything works perfectly, but when I try and play on the mobile device it takes a super long time and it's much harder to navigate.

Played at this casino for the first time today and I really like the variety of games and the user friendly layout.
But before I can give a fair and honest review I need to know if it was a fault on my side or if that's the way they set up their games. I played using my free spins  and I played both starburst and neon staxx,now I play from my iPad so cup may differ but anywhere else I have played these games I tap my screen and the reels come to a stop however at this casino when I tried to stop the reels by tapping my screen there was nothing, the reels just kept spinning as if it wasn't meant to be stopped.
Now is it just me or have others had similar experiences ? If it's sum fault on my side then yeah great casino,but if this is the way the games are set up then it's not for me.

great casino with a really good layout anchioice of games actually really enjoyeed playing here until i tried to withdraw 1,000 gbp they said i needed to verify my account whichis fair enough so i sent them id and it took them 2 days to verify this i was allowed to keep spinning and my winnings had dropped to 555 i withdrew this but had to wait another 24hrs b4 they wud process i ended up withdrawing and it was supposed to take about 5 days so after 7 days and no money in my accounti emailed them they said there was a problem and the money was bk in my account yet nobody contacted mei after 12 days of trying to get my winnings they were bk in my account  so i gave up and just lost it all i agree this was my fault but why hold my money for 12 days and why not contact me when there was a problem in my eyes this conduct is not in the intrest of fair gaming and they are a casino not to be trusted!!!!!!!

I never thought that this change my mind. Compared to the previous review I have to correct a casino has become the most unremarkable excellent. She came to offer a 300% deposit bonus 180 free spins. Well,i love the design of casino, the games but i didnt understood one thing. I'v got no deposit free spins but after free spins winnings were closed. I didnt have possibility to play with them. After some days my winnings were canceled and i still dont know why. Amount wasnt big so i left it like it is. Didnt want to disturb beutifull support girl with a question worth just some euros:)

I finally made a deposit into BGO last night, those bonuses were getting to good to ignore, and the games, many of my favorites, a very good variety to choose from. Little did I know and soon realized, is that three quarters of those great games are " Not Available To Players In My Area" ( Canada ) WHAT ? I couldn't believe that all these games were made visible to me, just not playable, I was not impressed last night, I'm still not impressed right now, I feel cheated and deceived and completely ripped off. I emailed support, still no reply. As right as rain I won't be returning to this casino anytime in the near future, I am a forgiving guy but I doubt this one's forgivable.

I really would like to make a deposit here soon, looks like a decent Casino, however I have been looking through it and I do not see any Microgaming Games. There is Netent, really like the new game Dazzle Me, there is Playtech, but no MG games. A very nice casino indeed only issues I have is that it only has the British pound for a currency option, and They have also taken the option away on mobile to customize the netent gameplay with quick spin disabled and also one can not stop the reels
