I take back all of my previous comment posts that had anything negative to say about all star slots. I currently have $250,000.00 in pending payouts so it is possible. Now i just really hope they keep with their reputation and pay the full amount.

@Kate. I can understand your frustration and whilst I have already queried this with them once, I will query it again and this time, use the T & C of the cashback offer to get a result.

I deposit a lot at this casino and at the other club world group ones as well and seem to only have issues with All Star Slots. For one, I dont mind depositing there because of the LCB cash back promotion that they have going on..except they apparently can just pick and choose who they want to credit the cash back to and if not, give some BS reason. If anyone sees anything that says "too many bonuses will disqualify a person" please let me know. Also, if anyone agrees that by using a deposit match bonus and still losing my entire deposit - have withdrawn $0 - i somehow luck out and am somehow benefiting from the fact that a bonus was added, which i lost, or even if i won, it would have been removed from my balance.

MY RESPONSE:

"Bonus too high compared to deposits" doesnt make any sense. They offer deposit bonuses just like all the other casinos. I deposit but lose, yet the fact that a bonus was used disqualifies me from receiving the cash back that CW, LR, AG, and HN give back?

Since 12/15/16 I have made $594 in deposits, have withdrawn $0, have not received any monthly loyalty nor their daily vip free chips, yet I am not eligible? This promotion allows you to get cash back after $200 in losses and with the $594 lost, I should have been credited $75 when previously requested and another $60 again after $294 more in losses. I do not agree with this nor have i ever really seen anyone else receive that same response.

Decent casino with a rather good selection of slots,never deposited out of fear of sister casino but got good play time with the free chip :) made me upset to know you HAVE to deposit (before reading the bonus above haha) and it was for $45.
